    As the Senior Instructor, GTM Onboarding, you’ll take the lead in delivering high‑energy, immersive learning experiences that accelerate new hire readiness. You’ll combine facilitation excellence, content design skills, and a passion for coaching to create onboarding journeys that spark engagement, build confidence, and develop the skills required for success in client‑facing roles. Your work will directly shape the impact and long‑term success of Pega’s GTM teams.

    What You'll Do at Pega:

    Deliver high‑impact onboarding experiences (40%)

    + Lead dynamic onboarding sessions—including bootcamps, workshops, and webinars—to engage and empower new GTM hires.

    + Facilitate virtual and in‑person training with strong participation and practical skill application.

    + Conduct dry runs to validate flow, refine delivery, and ensure readiness.

    + Adapt facilitation to diverse audiences and environments using adult‑learning best practices.

    + Measure effectiveness through feedback and performance data to continuously improve learning outcomes.

    + Stay current on industry and onboarding trends to maintain a cutting‑edge experience.

    + Maintain proficiency in key Pega tools and certifications such as Blueprint, App Studio, and Business Architect Certification.

    Design and optimize content (30%)

    + Develop and enhance onboarding curriculum, workshops, and materials in alignment with GTM role expectations and business priorities.

    + Partner with program owners, curriculum advisors, and SMEs to ensure accuracy and consistency.

    + Incorporate innovative learning modalities—self‑paced, virtual, and in‑person—to build a flexible, scalable curriculum.

    + Transform static content into experiential learning (simulations, role plays, collaborative exercises).

    + Use learner feedback and analytics to strengthen curriculum effectiveness.

    + Build a manager enablement track and equip leaders with tools for supporting new hire success.

    + Apply adult‑learning and enablement best practices with clear KPIs, benchmarks, and measurable outcomes.

    Coach and serve as an enablement partner (30%)

    + Lead onboarding preparation initiatives including readiness assessments, Q&A forums, and the annual executive roadshow.

    + Provide milestone‑based coaching throughout the onboarding journey to accelerate ramp and sustain performance.

    + Facilitate practice sessions pre‑ and post‑bootcamp to reinforce GTM competencies and client‑meeting readiness.

    + Integrate AI and Pega tools into coaching, role plays, and communication strategies.

    + Foster a collaborative, inclusive learning environment focused on continuous development.

    + Partner with managers and mentors to ensure smooth integration into GTM workflows.

    + Monitor progress using defined KPIs and deliver actionable feedback to drive success.

    Who You Are:

    You are an experienced onboarding or enablement professional with a passion for helping others succeed. You thrive in dynamic environments, bring energy to the virtual or in‑person classroom, and excel at transforming complex concepts into engaging, practical learning experiences. You use data and feedback to guide improvements and enjoy partnering across teams to drive meaningful impact.

    What You've Accomplished:

    + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

    + 7+ years in enablement, onboarding, or instructional roles—preferably in GTM or sales organizations.

    + Proven experience in curriculum development, training delivery, and coaching.

    + Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

    + Strong technical aptitude with the ability to translate concepts to client‑facing skills.

    + Exceptional organizational and time‑management abilities.

    + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and modern learning technologies.

    + Experience working independently and collaboratively across teams.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Experience with enterprise software or SaaS onboarding.

    + Familiarity with GenAI or digital content creation tools.

    + Ability to adapt to evolving business needs and shifting priorities.

    + Strong analytical skills for evaluating program effectiveness.

    + Client‑facing experience.

    Additional Information

     

    Base salary range for this role is 120,500 - 183,500 USD annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives.

     

    The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range. We will share an information on benefits, bonus/commission, and other pay components for this role at the relevant recruitment stage.
