+ **Schedule** : Full time schedule. Days and hours may vary. Must have availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. More details upon interview.

+ **Hours of Operation:**

+ Mon–Fri – Breakfast – 7:30 am–11:00 am

+ Mon–Fri – Lunch – 11:30 pm–3:00 pm

+ Sun–Thru – Dinner – 5:00 pm–9:00 pm

+ Sat-Sun – Brunch – 10:30 am–3:00 pm

+ Fri & Sat – Dinner – 5:00 pm–10:00 pm

+ **Requirement** : 2-3 years of experience required.

+ **Pay Range:** $11.00 per hour to $16.50 per hour

Job Summary

This Sommelier position works closely with the Wine Director and front-of-house leadership to ensure seamless wine service and overall guest experience.

Key responsibilities include:

+ Providing knowledgeable, gracious, and attentive wine service on the floor

+ Assisting members and guests with wine selections and pairings

+ Supporting all aspects of dining room service as part of the broader FOH team

+ Executing proper wine service standards

+ Performing cellar work, including organization, labeling, storage, and inventory upkeep

+ Assisting with receiving, stocking, and maintaining the wine cellar

+ Supporting wine education and training for the service team as directed

+ Working collaboratively with FOH staff and management to deliver a cohesive guest experience

Qualifications

+ 2–3 years of experience as a Sommelier

+ Solid foundational wine knowledge and a strong interest in continued learning

+ Strong service instincts and comfort working on the floor

+ Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

+ Ability to lift and move cases of wine as part of cellar responsibilities
