Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Change Management Lead to drive organizational development and training initiatives in support of large-scale technology transformations. This role will focus on managing change for IT implementations, system upgrades, and enterprise modernization efforts within the insurance industry.
Pay Range: 45-70/hr

Skills and Requirements
10+ years of change management, organizational development, training/learning development, or a related field.
3–5 years of Insurance industry experience.
Demonstrated experience leading change management efforts for IT implementations, system upgrades, or technology-driven initiatives.
Preference for candidates with experience supporting enterprise-scale transformations such as Guidewire, core platform replacements, or other large technology modernization efforts.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
Proficiency in designing training materials and instructional design.
Ability to analyze and interpret change impact assessments.
Ability to gather complex technical information and translate it into clear, user-friendly communication and training materials.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills to navigate complex organizational dynamics.
