Job Description

A partner of Insight Global is looking for a talented Senior SQL Developer to join their team. This person will be a hands-on technical expert responsible for designing, optimizing, and supporting the databases and data workflows that power the enterprise applications and analytics. This role leads with craftsmanship and precision, building scalable data structures, ensuring data integrity, and partnering across teams to deliver reliable, high-performance solutions that align with the overall mission and vision of the organization.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.

• 7+ years of hands-on SQL development experience in enterprise environments.

• Expert-level proficiency in:

• Database design and normalization

• Advanced T-SQL or PL/SQL programming

• Query optimization and performance tuning

• Stored procedures, triggers, and functions

• Experience supporting integrations, data pipelines, and ETL tools or frameworks.

• Experience with cloud or hybrid environments (Azure or comparable platforms).
