    Job Description

    Insight Global is looking for a Systems Analyst to join The Engineering Management Administrative & IT Support team at one of their largest utility clients located in NYC. This role focuses on supporting and managing applications and systems, not full-scale application development. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, demonstrate strong organizational skills, and be eager to learn new processes and technologies.

    Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

    • Assist with Sharepoint Online Projects: support ongoing migration from legacy SharePoint to SharePoint Online and help transfer sites.

    • Build and maintain solutions using Power Apps and other Microsoft tools.

    • Manage the Adept document management system (training provided). Experience with any document management system is a plus.

    • Handle user support tickets related to SharePoint, Adept, and other internal applications.

    • Take ownership of assigned projects, including SharePoint Online initiatives and Power Apps development.

    • Perform occasional scripting and SQL programming as needed.

    • Work with vendors and internal IT teams to resolve issues and escalate when necessary.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Valid driver’s license.

    • Ability to lift desktop computers and perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, kneeling, and prolonged sitting.

    Skills and Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field.

    • Experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Apps.

    • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

    • Familiarity with SQL and ability to do light scripting.

    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

    • Willingness to learn and adapt to unique internal processes. • Experience with any document management system.

    • Knowledge of Adept or Autodesk products.

    • Ability to write code (C# or other languages) is a bonus but not required.

    • Prior experience with SharePoint migrations.
