Job Description

This role is responsible for accurately calculating and processing all monthly commissions, bonuses, spiffs, and incentive payments using CaptivateIQ, Excel, and related compensation tools, while maintaining up‑to‑date employee records, quotas, and variable components. They will troubleshoot and resolve compensation inquiries, support audits and SOX testing, lead UAT for new or updated compensation plans, and ensure all commission statements, accruals, and reconciliations are complete and accurate. Additionally, they will recommend process and system improvements, identify automation opportunities, and partner with Sales Operations and People Operations to maintain seamless, compliant compensation workflows.

Skills and Requirements

2-3+ years of work experience in sales compensation

Experience in administering sales commissions

Experience with Captivate IQ incentive system - specifically data pull and configuration.

Strong Excel/data analysis experience
