    Job Description

    A client of Insight Global’s in the Denver area is looking to hire a Software Engineer II to join their Automated Content Recognition Team (ACR). As a Software Development Engineer on the ACR team, you will design, develop, and maintain highly scalable and distributed systems for real-time content identification, serving millions of devices and processing petabytes of data daily. Your work will involve writing clean, efficient code in C++ and Golang, troubleshooting complex issues, and implementing best practices for software quality. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to continuous process improvements, and ensure robust monitoring and testing strategies for reliability. This role requires strong communication skills, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

     

    $135K to $162K per year annual salary. [If client has provided an exact salary, then

    no need to use a range; also, if the client has provided an hourly rate, then use same hourly

    language from the Contract/Contract-to-Hire section above.]

    Skills and Requirements

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

    • 2+ years of professional software development experience; proficiency in one or more programming languages, with preference for C++ and Golang.

    • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, best practices, and design patterns; experience building large-scale applications is a plus.

    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

    • Hands-on experience with debugging tools (e.g., GDB, Delve) and version control systems (e.g., Git).

    • Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus. Adtech or Martech experience
