Job Description
We are seeking a Quality Manager to join one of our Chemical Manufacturing clients in Philadelphia, PA. This is a fully on-site, permanent role. This Quality Manager will lead all Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) functions at a resin manufacturing site specializing in ion exchange technologies. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in resin manufacturing, chemical industry operations, and ion exchange chromatography, and is capable of elevating a historically under‑developed QA function. They will oversee the Quality Management System, certification maintenance, regulatory compliance, and team leadership across both QA and QC.

Skills and Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing, resin production, or industrial processing.
- 3–5 years of leadership experience managing quality teams at the manager level.
- Experience with ion exchange chromatography or ion exchange resin processes.
- Understanding of ISO 9001, regulatory audits, and customer‑facing quality activities. - Background in chemical engineering or chemistry strongly preferred.
- Strong QC experience is prioritized; QA can be learned but QC requires a deeper technical foundation.
- Experience leading QC teams, analytical labs, or chemical testing environments.
- Six Sigma certification is a plus.
