Job Description

The Data Analyst will support the implementation and launch of new operating models within the Data and Technology Solutions (DTS) division. This role offers hands-on experience in project management, meeting facilitation, and operational support, providing exposure to healthcare operations and mentorship from experienced professionals. They will work with all levels of the organization, contributing to high-visibility projects and gaining valuable skills in communication, data management, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend and actively participate in meetings, taking detailed notes and generating meeting minutes.

• Publish agendas and follow up on action items to ensure accountability and progress.

• Assist in the creation of presentation materials (slides) and manage project sites (e.g., SharePoint).

• Support project management activities, including tracking deliverables and timelines.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational initiatives.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation for ongoing projects.

• Provide administrative support as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Data, Data Science or related field

Hands-on experience with Power BI, including building interactive dashboards, creating data models, and developing insightful visualizations for business reporting.

Proven experience in data extraction, transfer, and wrangling, including the ability to clean, transform, and structure data from multiple sources for analysis and reporting.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Master’s degree in a data-related field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or similar) preferred.
