Job Description

We are seeking a consultant to lead the review, enhancement, and documentation of the team’s repeatable processes. This role will ensure that all workflows are clearly defined, consistently applied, and easily accessible for future reference. Key responsibilities include conducting a comprehensive review of existing documentation and update materials as needed to improve clarity and accuracy, identifying and documenting repeatable processes that are currently undocumented ensuring all critical information is captured and organized, developing a structured knowledge base to support team efficiency and long-term accessibility of information, collaborating with team members to validate process documentation and promote best practices, and designing, administering, and maintaining Microsoft SharePoint libraries and pages to serve as the central repository for process documentation.

Skills and Requirements

• Experience in process documentation and technical writing

• Strong background in data analysis with applied experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS).

• Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint, including the development and administration of libraries and pages. Government experience
