Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an IT Infrastructure Lead to implement technology solutions to support internal and external users. The IT Field Services team is responsible for the design, setup and support of the IT infrastructure supporting over 700 locations across the country. A successful candidate will have experience implementing IT infrastructure and project management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Engineering and Operations teams to design, implement, and support IT infrastructure projects

• Manage network and server implementations across multiple U.S. locations

• Coordinate project details, schedules, task assignments, and status updates for stakeholders

• Oversee internal technical resources and implementation timelines

• Work with third-party installation teams to assign and track deliverables

• Assist senior engineers and IT managers in developing and documenting infrastructure policies and standards

*This resource needs to be able to come onsite 3-5 days a week onsite in Irving, Texas

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with networking and compute concepts, including LAN/WAN design, administration, and troubleshooting

• Strong knowledge of VMware and enterprise infrastructure

• Experience in IT project management using Waterfall or Agile methodologies

• Familiarity with support ticketing systems

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree • PMP or equivalent certifications

• Experience leading or managing a team
