Job Description

A client of Insight Global’s in the Denver area is looking to hire a Senior Software Engineer to work on their AI Team. You will design and develop intelligent AI agents that recognize intent, decompose complex queries into executable tasks, and leverage advanced context engineering for accurate, memory-driven responses. Integrate these agents with internal systems (ACR, Mosaic, Salesforce) and external platforms (SpringServe, DSPs), while contributing to the LLM Service Hub and standardized tooling for seamless integration. Build client-facing tools for voice and natural language queries, automate operational workflows across business functions, and enable self-service data access. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions, participate in agile sprints, and adapt to evolving requirements in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

$135,000 to $165,000 per year annual salary. [If client has provided an exact salary, then

no need to use a range; also, if the client has provided an hourly rate, then use same hourly

language from the Contract/Contract-to-Hire section above.]

Skills and Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.

• Proven experience in designing and developing Generative AI agents, with strong expertise in intent detection and complex query decomposition.

• Demonstrated ability in context engineering for AI models and solid understanding of knowledge graphs and vectorization for LLMs.

• Proficiency with DSPy for developing and optimizing language models, and deep knowledge of LLMs (e.g., Llama 4 Maverick, Claude, OpenAI) for enterprise solutions.

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS or other major providers) and associated AI services, plus familiarity with Databricks and Snowflake for data processing and runtime environments.

• Strong background in agile development, with ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, ambiguous settings.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in Adtech or Martech
