    Job Description

    An employer is seeking a Security Installer in the Poca, WV area. This Security Installer will be responsible for the installation of complex integrated security systems to include the wiring, equipment and programming of access control systems, CCTV, digital recorders, network recorders, camera programing and intercom systems for clients. They must be capable of installing cabling, field equipment & control equipment enclosures in customer locations according to the national electric code, company and customer guidelines. The client is also seeking someone that can use electronic test equipment to troubleshoot complicated problems during installation in addition to reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, software/systems programs, schematics and operational product manuals.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 1-3 years of security, cabling, wiring, or install background

     

    - 1-3 years of low voltage work

     

    - Self motivated

     

    - Independent working experience (dispatch roles) - Understanding of 4+ products

     

    - Clean driving record

     

    - Ability to get a fire license

     

    - Inventory management

     

    - Comfortability to work on call
