Job Description

We are seeking a Senior JDE E1 Analyst on a contract basis to support data extraction and integration activities involving JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1), ancillary financial systems, and other Oracle ERP platforms.

This role requires deep functional expertise across Finance, Sales & Distribution, and Manufacturing modules, along with strong knowledge of JDE E1 tables, data structures, and key fields. The successful candidate will work closely with business users and technical teams to translate business processes and requirements into data extraction, mapping, and transformation specifications, including ETL considerations across multiple source systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a senior functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1)

• Provide functional expertise across:

• Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cost Accounting)

• Sales & Distribution (Order Management, Pricing, Inventory, Shipping)

• Manufacturing (BOM, Routings, Work Orders, MRP)

• Engage directly with business users to understand end-to-end processes and cross-system data flows.

• Translate business processes and functional requirements into clear **data extraction, transformation, and load (ETL) specifications.

• Support data extraction from JDE E1 and ancillary financial systems for loading into other Oracle ERP systems.

• Use advanced Excel skills to analyze, validate, and reconcile large datasets extracted from multiple systems.

• Apply in-depth knowledge of JDE E1 tables, relationships, and key fields to ensure data accuracy and consistency across integrated systems.

• Partner with technical teams (ETL, integration, and reporting) to clarify functional logic and resolve cross-system data issues.

• Support data validation, reconciliation, testing, and issue resolution across multiple source systems.

• Document functional mappings, business rules, data definitions, and source-to-target mappings.

Provide senior-level advisory support for JDE E1 and related financial system data questions.

Skills and Requirements

• 8+ years of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) functional experience.

• Strong functional knowledge of Finance, Sales & Distribution, and Manufacturing modules.

• Deep understanding of JDE E1 tables, fields, and data relationships.

• Proven experience supporting ETL, data extraction, reporting, or integration activities involving JD Edwards.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including analysis of large datasets, reconciliation, pivot tables, complex formulas, and data validation.

• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders to translate processes into functional and data requirements.

Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

• Ability to work onsite 2x/week in Crawley, UK * Experience integrating JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and ancillary financial systems with Oracle ERP platforms (E-Business Suite and/or Oracle Fusion / Cloud ERP).

* Familiarity with ETL tools, data mapping frameworks, and ERP data migration best practices.

* Ability to review or validate SQL queries for data extraction and reconciliation.

* Experience supporting complex, multi-source ERP integration or transformation programs.
