    Job Description

    We are seeking a Test Engineering Manager to join one of our large supply chain clients. As a techno-function manager you will support the manual and functional testing processes of backend warehouse management applications as well as manage a team of junior and senior test analysts. This manager should expect a 75/25 split between management and technical responsibilities, respectively. The ideal candidate will bring experience managing teams in functional end to end testing, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and involvement in Agile practices.

    Skills and Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering or similar

    • 7-10+ Years experience in Manual/Functional Software Testing & QA

    • 2+ Year in a Manager level role overseeing a team of testing analysts/engineers

    • Proven experience performing UAT, API, Web, and Mobile testing on supply chain/warehouse management applications to identify bugs errors, and risks

    • Exposure and understanding of automation testing

     

    Strong understanding of Agile SDLC processes and Devops Practices • Experience with Zephyr for test case management and storage

     

    • WMS Experience/Familairity

     

    Automation testing using Jira
