    Job Description

    We are seeking a senior-level Network Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructure across on-prem and cloud environments. This role serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), driving strategic initiatives, supporting daily operations, and mentoring junior team members.

    Core Responsibilities

    Design, configure, and implement enterprise network systems

     

    Support and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, wireless, firewall, VPN, and voice environments

     

    Monitor network performance and optimize for availability and scalability

     

    Provide after-hours on-call support and incident management

     

    Participate in IT and business partner meetings

     

    Ensure adherence to SLAs and operational goals

     

    Lead or contribute to network projects

     

    Mentor and guide team members

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Enterprise networking experience across LAN, WAN, SD-WAN

    Hands-on configuration and troubleshooting with:

    Cisco Nexus & Catalyst

     

    VeloCloud SD-WAN

     

    Palo Alto firewalls

     

    Wireless controllers

     

    Strong understanding of network protocols, architecture, and security

     

    Deep troubleshooting and incident management expertise

     

    Experience supporting enterprise voice systems (Session Border Controllers a plus)

     

    Certifications (Preferred)

     

    Cisco CCIE (Routing & Switching or Data Center)

     

    Cisco CCNP / CCNA Routing & Switching

     

    Palo Alto or other major firewall certifications HPE / Aruba networking platforms

     

    Product evaluations, lifecycle management, certification testing

     

    Familiarity with enterprise monitoring and automation tools
