Key Responsibilities :-

+ Design and develop Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions for real-world applications.

+ Build, fine-tune, and optimize LLM-based models using prompt engineering and parameter-efficient techniques.

+ Develop and maintain RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines .

+ Work with Vector Databases for embeddings and semantic search.

+ Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation .

+ Deploy ML and GenAI models via APIs and backend services .

+ Monitor and improve model performance in production environments.

+ Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams.

+ Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical reviews.

Required Skills :-

+ Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or related field .

+ +10 Years hands on experience in IT Industry as Engineer/ Developer .

+ 3-4 years of experience in Machine Learning or AI development.

+ Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, Tensor Flow).

+ Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs (Llama2, ChatGPT, Hugging Face models) .

+ Experience working with Vector Databases and embeddings .

+ Good understanding of NLP, ML algorithms, and transformer architectures .

+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
