We are seeking a detail-oriented Dock Auditor to support our shipping and quality operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring outgoing shipments meet customer and quality requirements by performing dock audits, inspections, documentation, and coordination with Quality, Shipping, and Production teams. No prior experience required- training provided. Opportunity to work closely with Quality and shipping teams. Stable, full-time position. Hands-on role with growth opportunities.

Pay Rate: $16.60 - $18.00 / hour
Duties:
1. Responsible for making an early inventory of available finished parts in the warehouse and cross-check against requirements to share priorities with Supervisor.
2. Responsible for inspecting all requirements for shipments.
3. Responsible for checking and confirming material on the dock matches the customer's requirement.
4. Responsible for daily dock audit checklist per truck.
5. Responsible for identifying reject and rework glass.
6. Responsible for returning all rejected parts from the Shipping Area to the Quality Review areas for re-inspection.
7. Responsible for releasing shipments to SAP.
8. Responsible for printing, reprinting, or modifying labels as required for shipment.
9. Responsible for checking and supporting the service inspection for packaging and shipments.
10. Responsible for releasing service parts as necessary for shipments.
11. Responsible for supporting any of the Quality Review areas as needed.

Position Requirements:
1. Review the urethane test samples when necessary to confirm parts release for shipment.
2. Check and confirm calibration status of the measuring equipment in the Shipping Area.
3. Assist in training associates on the production lines and new inspectors.
4. Keep carts and workstations to 5S standards.
5. Keep all work tools safe and in good condition.
6. Any other duties assigned by the supervisor as required.
Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 30 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $16.60 - $18.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
