    We're looking for dynamic **Customer Service Representatives** to join the team in West Jefferson, OH! This is a first shift, temp-to-hire opportunity with great benefits.

     

    **Schedule:** Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM, 4:30 PM

    **Pay Rate:** $19.00/hour

    Duties:

    1. Responding to inquiries promptly and courteously

    2. Process customer orders accurately

    3. Handle complaints in an effective manner

    4. Work closely with customers and on-site management to address inquiries

    Position Requirements:

    1. 1 to 2 years of customer service experience (manufacturing or logistics preferred)

    2. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

    3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

    5. Basic knowledge of billing and invoicing processes

    6. High School Diploma; Bachelors preferred

     

    Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old., required education: Bachelors.

    The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $19.00 - $19.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
