    ### Job Duties

    Key Obsessions:

    -Deliver High-Quality, Impactful Video Content

     

    Capture and edit professional video footage for machines, training, and company communications.

     

    Maintain high standards for lighting, sound, and visual clarity across all projects.

     

    Continuously improve editing techniques and production quality.

     

    Manage production timeliness, communicate progress, and align content with Aagard's brand guidelines.

     

    -Support Customer Learning

     

    Develop clear, engaging videos for customer and internal training.

     

    Update existing videos to reflect equipment and process improvements.

     

    Collaborate with engineering and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy.

     

    Organize and maintain a structured video library for easy access and reference.

     

    -Strengthen Communication and Brand Experience

     

    Create compelling video and photographic content for marketing, testimonials, and company events.

     

    Support social media and promotional campaigns with high-quality visuals.

     

    Partner with teams to tell authentic stories that reflect Aagard's culture and values.

     

    Seek feedback and implement improvements to enhance audience engagement.

     

    ### Minimum Education Required

    Associate's degree in related field plus 2 years related experience or equivalent combination or education and/or experience

     

    ### Minimum Experience Required

    Knowledge of professional video equipment, video editing software processes

     

    Experience with Microsoft and Adobe suite office products preferred

     

    Experience working with video production schedules, deadlines, and multiple concurrent projects

     

    Ability to handle confidential information with tact and discretion

     

    Photography experience (compositions, lighting, and editing) preferred

     

    Must possess a Read ID or Passport and be willing to travel as necessary
