Salary Range: 16.60 To 16.60 (USD) Hourly
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:** **Answer all incoming calls from the Low Vision Clinic, schedule appointments for clients coming to the Lighthouse or satellite sites, return calls for information & referral process, conduct telephone surveys, and accomplish data entry tasks.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITES:
+ **Providing excellent customer service to all customers – inbound and outbound calls**
+ **Working with customers to schedule appointments in a timely fashion**
+ **Using the Officemate database to set appointments**
+ **Communicating with Project manager to get referrals for new patients**
+ **Contacting perspective patients to schedule appointments and/or to pick up previously ordered devices;**
+ **Interacting with customers to solve problems and give assistance when needed**
+ **Conducting customer satisfaction surveys**
+ **Using the Accountmate database to enter data**
QUALIFICATIONS:
+ **High School graduate**
+ **Ability to answer high call volume**
+ **Customer service skills a must**
+ **Friendly demeanor**
+ **1-year call center experience a plus**
