    Role Summary:

    PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a global leader in the HVAC industry to hire a **Traveling HVAC Controls Commissioning – Lead Field Service Technician** . In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimizing advanced HVAC control systems. Your work will directly impact the comfort, safety, and efficiency of commercial buildings across the country.     **Pay Rate:** $40–$43 per hour

    **Travel:** Up to 70%

    Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

    + Commission, start up, and tune HVAC control systems to meet customer specifications.

    + Install, configure, and test pre-engineered software and hardware.

    + Diagnose and resolve technical issues with precision and efficiency.

    + Manage scope of work from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery.

    + Coordinate with project managers on hardware, software, and graphics needs.

    + Perform open systems and third-party integrations across multiple protocols.

    + Ensure compliance with configuration management policies and regulatory standards.

    + Provide customer training and support sales activities when needed.

    + Mentor and coach junior technicians to elevate team performance.

    Required Skills:

    + Strong understanding of **MSI (Integrations)** .

    + Solid knowledge of **Electrical Systems** and **Mechanical Systems** .

    Preferred Skills:

    + Experience with **Niagara 4 (Tridium) Framework** .

    **Pay Details:** $40.00 to $43.00 per hour
