We are seeking an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver exceptional, high-quality, patient-centered care with compassion, dedication, and collaboration, ensuring every hospitalized patient receives safe and timely care.** **We are seeking an individual who is ready to join our dynamic hospital medicine team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary academic environment that involves medical students, residents, and fellows committed to excellence in patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

+ **Perform histories and physicals, develop differential diagnoses and treatment plans, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications**

+ Provide comprehensive care to hospitalized adult patients in collaboration with physicians, residents, nurses, and other members of the care team

+ Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice projects

+ Maintain documentation in accordance with institutional policies and regulatory standards

+ Participate in multidisciplinary rounds, discharge planning, and coordination of care

Opportunity Details:

+ **This position will support Observation Hospital Service**

Requirements:

+ Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

+ Acute Care, Cardiology, GI, and/or Inpatient experience is highly desirable

+ Current State of Arizona license or in process

+ DEA with prescriptive authority required

+ Open to New Graduates with Related Experience

+ Current CPR, BLS, and ACLS
