    Join our first-class team to reinvent in-flight experience. In the role of HSE Specialist, you'll play a pivotal part on our Health, Safety & Environmental team.

    This position contributes to our vision by:

    Responsible for coordinating plans, improvements, operational control of the site; placing emphasis on hazards and specialized HSE aspects. Ensures compliance with legal, corporate and other interested parties requirements.

     

    Provides support and advice to operational areas, mainly. Monitors compliance with the HSE Policy on site.

     

    Manages the HSE Management System.

     

    Keep the HSE legal requirements matrix updated for correct compliance and monitoring.

     

    Carry out corresponding procedures with government agencies regarding HSE.

    Guarantee adequate compliance and development of operational control; mainly on the topics of:

    Sustainability, Chemical Substances, Ergonomics, Change Management, Hazardous Work, Emergency Management.

     

    Ensure that operational staff understand their responsibilities and obligations for HSE matters.

     

    Develop HSE training modules focused on HSE, operational controls, legal framework and corporate requirements.

     

    Design, implement and maintain HSE improvement ideas (DMD's)

     

    Ensure work environment studies and monitoring according to the results obtained.

     

    Provide technical support in the investigation of site accidents and incidents. Effectively lead RPOs, 8Ds, Characterizations, Event Reports.

     

    Verify HSE inspection and audit processes (internal, visits and interested parties), as well as monitoring action plans.

     

    Coordinate operationally in prevention and emergency response.

     

    Coordinate risk and impact assessment, control and prevention measures as well as reduction/mitigation plans.

     

    Ensure business continuity through robust emergency plans, focused on prevention; identifies improvement of emergency resources.

     

    HSE Legal Framework applicable to the site.

     

    International legal references, including Safran HSE standards.

     

    HSE change management

     

    Knowledge of Chemical Substances, Explosive Atmospheres, Asbestos, Confined Spaces, Ergonomics, Hazardous Work.

     

    Event investigation methods (5W's+H, 8D's, Root cause).

     

    Technical specifications of personal protective equipment, emergency equipment and devices, machinery and operational equipment.

     

    Integrated Management Systems ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO 50001, ISO 19110, ISO 9001, Responsible Sourcing
