    Job Purpose:

    The Kelly Clarkson Show is seeking a Legal Assistant to work with all day-to-day operations as outlined below. Additionally, this will be a staff with end date position anticipated to end on July 15, 2026. This is a Run of Show position that will support the Production with a variety of administrative and functional responsibilities not limited to the following:

    Essential Responsibilities:

    + Assist with the creation and maintenance of show files; including such tasks as checking legal documents, copying, scanning, and interfacing with production teams

    + Assist producing teams with legal release process

    + Assist with day-of-show administrative tasks

    + Conduct legal research and/or due diligence as needed

    + Assist with the drafting of various legal documents, under supervision of Show Attorney (i.e. gift releases, location agreements, trade out agreements)

    + Watch down final episodes prior to air for legal review

    Basic Requirements:

    + 1+ year of television production experience or working administrative assistant experience

    + Bachelor’s degree

    Desired Characteristics:

    + Detail-oriented, team player with great inter-personal skills

    + Ability to handle confidential information and/or documentation

    + Legal experience, a plus!

    + Willingness to work overtime, and on weekends with short notice

     

    This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
