    **Job Title:** Bilingual HR Content Analyst

    **Location:** Franklin, TN

    **Shift:** 8am-5pm in office 4 days per week, remote one day.

    **Pay:** $38.00 per hour

    Kelly Services is currently recruiting for an HR Content Analyst to join our team at Nissan. This role is responsible for auditing, rewriting, creating, and localizing knowledge articles to ensure accuracy, compliance, and relevance. The HR Content Analyst plays a critical role in maintaining high-quality content standards, addressing gaps, and adapting materials for regional needs while supporting organizational knowledge management objectives.

    Job Functions:

    + Review and update outdated content.

    + Create new articles to address identified gaps.

    + Ensure compliance with templates, tone, and organizational standards.

    + Localize content for regional needs, ensuring cultural and linguistic accuracy.

    Management Responsibilities:

    + This role does not involve direct people management but requires strong collaboration and coordination with stakeholders.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.

    + Knowledge of HR processes and content management principles.

    + Ability to ensure compliance with templates and tone guidelines.

    + Bilingual required (English + Spanish/Portuguese).

    + Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Percentage of articles updated per month, quality score (accuracy, readability), and turnaround time for updates.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + ACKMP certifications in Knowledge Management or ServiceNow (e.g., Certified KM Professional (CPKM®), Specialist (CKMS®), or Auditor (CKMA®)).

    Experience:

    + 3+ years in content management or HR operations.

    Education:

    + Bachelor’s Degree is required for this role.
