    The Annapolis Waterfront Hotel is seeking a dynamic, operationally savvy General Manager to lead our team in the heart of Maryland’s historic capital. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing hotel operations to maximize profits and achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction.

     

    You will lead, inspire, and mentor a diverse team, cultivating a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. This role requires a leader who can balance the guest experience with strong financial performance, ensuring the property remains a premier destination in the Annapolis market.

    Your Background and Skills

     

    Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality or a related field.
