As part of the Truist Commercial & Corporate Banking (TCCB) Operations team, the Content & Analytics Execution Lead will operationalize the TCCB's processes by developing and updating client-facing procedures and resources to optimize the client and teammate experience while mitigating risks and improving efficiency. This role will also identify and create operational metrics to assist in driving frontline operational progress in the business units as well as work with the Risk organization to identify pertinent KPIs. The role will also assist with data work, ad hoc projects and other tasks as needed by leadership. These processes will span across supported TCCB segments and coverage teams and requires tight collaboration and continuous input from sales, operations, risk and business management partners. May lead and manage a small team of junior staff.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Engage with sales, operations, risk and business management partners to document core TCCB's operational processes to create and maintain procedures and supporting materials to ensure consistent operational execution. Identify and implement continuous process improvements to make the client and teammate experience better, more efficient and consistent. Partner closely on teammate training topics and initiatives to create communications or job aids to enable teammates to execute new or changes to operational processes.
2. Partner closely with risk partners to ensure TCCB's processes are in alignment with enterprise policies to mitigate risk and ensure appropriate risk monitoring. Stay abreast of regulatory and industry trends to influence Senior Leadership and incorporate into processes and procedures.
3. Work closely with digital, product and technology partners to incorporate new systems and tools to enable our teammate’s ability to support clients nationwide, operate more remotely and digitize processes while aligning with TCCB's processes and procedures.
4. Work with Commercial Banking Operations team to identify and create Operational metrics to drive process execution and progress in the Business Units. Identify Operational KPIs and digitize metrics into dashboards for efficient leadership awareness. Through analytics, identify trends and work with Operations team to implement improvements within the Business unit.
5. The role will work closely with the Business management team and Line of Business Leadership on many initiatives to include data tasks, Ad hoc project support and others as needed by leadership.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

+ 15+ years of banking experience, or equivalent education, related training or experience, 10 years of operations and/or risk experience working with business and/or commercial clients
+ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
+ Demonstrated ability to grasp and interpret complex operational issues and processes to translate into clear process maps and executable procedures
+ Able to manage a library of content that requires continuous updating as well as work with content partners in other areas and lines of business
+ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with and successfully influence Senior Leaders
+ Strong data and analytics skills, with advanced knowledge of Excel and report creation
+ Advanced understanding of Commercial business processes and Wholesale systems and structure in order to interpret data, translate behavior changes and identify issues
+ Ability to lead and manage teammates
+ Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office software products
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Prior experience producing and managing banking process maps and procedures for Business clients
+ Prior experience working with business analytics and translating to support execution of business unit strategy
