    About this role:

    As an Orthopedic Spine Surgeon, part of the Neurosurgery team at Intermountain Health, you will work with a system-wide team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role you can expect to work at Platte Valley and Good Samaritan Hospital in Colorado.

     

    The Orthopedic Spine team consists of 5 providers: 4 APPs and 1 Physician. You will also work closely with fellow physicians and APPs from the Neuro Spine team. In this role, you can anticipate:

     

    + Clinical and surgical cases at the Platte Valley Hospital and Good Samaritan Hospital

    + Working 2-3 days/week in clinic and remaining days in the OR for surgical cases

    + Call schedule that varies to cover your practice with occasional support for other physicians in group

    + This position includes a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance, when applicable

     

    An ideal candidate will have experience in spine surgery and advanced spine care, with interest in local leadership, building out programs and effectively engaging with other teams.

    What you’ll bring:

    + MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine

    + ACGME accredited residency training in Orthopedic Surgery

    + Fellowship trained in Orthopedic Spine Surgery

    + Board certified in Spine Surgery

    + Active, unobstructed Colorado medical license, or the ability to obtain one

    + BLS certification and DEA

    + Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process

    The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

     

    $7.25 - $999.99
