The Impact You'll Make

Primary function is to cut, coil, wind, package, and label according to standards and customer specifications.

This is a 2nd Shift position.

What You’ll Be Doing

+ Perform necessary service functions for Cut & Coil Operator

+ Inspect the hoist at the beginning of each shift

+ Check the hose guides for any sharp edges

+ Measure the O.D. and the I.D.

+ Follow special instructions on the job card

+ Follow proper partial rack database procedures

+ Complete job cards

+ Identify and remove any defects

+ Do final inspection of the hose

+ Enter the production amounts in the computer.

+ Keep work area clean and organized

+ Assist other operators when possible

+ Cross train for flexibility

+ Work within all safety and quality guidelines

+ Perform other duties as necessary

What We're Looking For

Required (Basic) Qualifications

+ High school diploma or GED

Preferred qualifications

+ One (1) year manufacturing experience

Job Criteria

+ Ability to communicate effectively with internal personnel and external personnel
