    Global Commercial Services (GCS) is the leading payments provider for businesses and corporations of all sizes. The U.S. Small Business and Middle Market segment is the largest GCS customer segment with strong growth momentum and remains a key area of investment and focus.

     

    The Middle Market Demand Generation team sits within Managed Marketing & Prospect in GCS. The team is essential to the U.S. SME Sales & Marketing engine, warming and delivering high-intent leads to create new customer relationships.

     

    The Senior Analyst, Corporate Program Paid Search supports the execution and optimization of Paid Search for U.S. Corporate Card prospects. The role focuses on day-to-day channel excellence, pacing, reporting, and QA in partnership with our search agency and reports to the Senior Manager, Corporate Program Paid Search

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Manage day-to-day campaign execution with the search agency, including trafficking requests, pacing and budget monitoring, auction insights, and quality assurance

    + Prepare weekly and monthly reporting at the copy, ad group, and keyword levels; maintain dashboards and connect channel performance to lead and digital conversion data

    + Develop and refresh ad copy, sitelinks, and extensions in partnership with Creative Strategy and agencies; shepherd assets through development and Compliance with support from a Marketing Operations Analyst (as applicable)

    + Execute structured tests across copy, extensions, audiences, bidding, match types, and landing experiences, document hypotheses, results, and recommendations

    + Partner with the Corporate Card Prospect Site team and Demand Generation to align landing pages, forms, and on-site guidance with campaign intent

    + Handle routine agency coordination, task trackers, SLAs, and campaign hygiene including negatives, query mapping, and governance

    + Share insights with Organic Search partners to support a Total Search strategy and readiness for evolving discovery environments

    + Stay current on platform, policy, and marketplace changes; bring an external perspective to optimizations

    + Ensure brand standards and compliance requirements are met across all deliverables; maintain organized documentation

    Qualifications:

    + 2 years of ands-on Paid Search experience; B2B experience preferred

    + Proven ability to manage pacing, budgets, and optimizations in partnership with an agency and internal teams

    + Strong analysis and reporting skills with the ability to translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations

    + Experience preparing creative briefs and feedback and moving assets through development and Compliance review

    + Effective collaborator with agencies and cross-functional partners including Site, Demand Generation, and Creative Strategy

    + Excellent organization, attention to detail, and project management; ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

    + Familiarity with enterprise analytics and workflow tools and basic tagging and measurement requirements

    + Experience using AI-assisted tools for copy development and analysis is a plus

    Qualifications

    Salary Range: $78,000.00 to $124,750.00 annually bonus benefits
