    Position Summary

    The Business Analytics Intern will support our team’s mission to take the company’s analytics capabilities to the next level. This role is designed for a curious, detail-oriented student who enjoys working with data and turning information into insights that drive better business decisions.

     

    In this role, you’ll assist with data collection and preparation, support reporting dashboards, analyze performance trends, and respond to ad-hoc analytical requests. Your work will help improve data quality, expand analytical capacity, support process improvement efforts, and free up the team to focus on higher-impact initiatives. You’ll gain hands-on experience with real business data, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and build practical analytical and communication skills in a fast-paced, learning-focused environment.

     

    This internship is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, comfortable working with numbers, and excited about using data to solve business problems.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Collect, clean, and prepare data to support business and performance analysis

    + Assist with the development, maintenance, and enhancement of reporting dashboards

    + Analyze trends, patterns, and performance metrics to support data-driven decision making

    + Respond to ad-hoc analytical requests from the team and business partners

    + Support process improvement initiatives through research and data analysis

    + Help improve data quality, documentation, and reporting consistency

    + Summarize insights and present findings in a clear, organized, and meaningful way

    + Develop technical and analytical skills by working with tools, datasets, and real-world business questions

    Qualifications & Skills

    + Currently pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field

    + Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy

    + Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with data visualization or analytics tools is a plus

    + Ability to organize and analyze data to uncover trends and insights

    + Clear written and verbal communication skills

    + Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams

    + Curious, proactive, and eager-to-learn mindset

    + Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
