Title:                            Demand Generation Specialist

Duties:

The Demand Generation Specialist (“Specialist”) is an integral member of Axiom’s Marketing Department (“Marketing”). The Specialist will play a key role in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential clients to support the sales team in achieving revenue goals. The Specialist will be accountable for managing lead databases, conducting outbound outreach, and creating new business opportunities through strategic marketing initiatives and collaboration with sales leadership.  Additionally, the Specialist will have other duties and responsibilities as determined from time to time by the Team Lead.

Essential Functions:

The essential functions of the Specialist are to:

+ Generates, collects, prospects, and qualifies potential clients for sales teams.

+ Manages a database of leads and captures and adds new leads for sales cycles.

+ Contacts prospective clients via outbound email and cold calling and discuss the value of a product or service to establish interest.

+ Build, test, and deploy high-performing email templates using HTML/CSS and Pardot.

+ Reviews and examines customer needs and trends.

+ Creates new business opportunities and increases organizational revenue through marketing initiatives.

+ Contributes to lead conversion by researching and pre-qualifying leads.

+ Works with sales managers and representatives to develop strategies and objectives for leads.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate should have a combination of demonstrated experience and education that is equivalent to 3 years with a focus on lead generation, sales support, marketing roles or related fields.

Physical Requirements:

+ Regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard reach,

+ Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work,

+ Light to moderate lifting is required,

+ Ability to uphold the stress of traveling,

+ This is a remote work-from home position; however, regular, predictable attendance is required

Additional Information:

+ Must be willing to travel up to 10%.
