THE WORK
• As an Subcontract Administrator you will Issue requests for proposals \(RFPs\) and purchase orders \(POs\) is support of proposals and procurement of build\-to\-print and single\-sourced Support Equipment \(SE\) quickly and without error\.
• You will analyze and evaluate proposals, perform price analysis using various methodologies \(present value techniques, market research, evaluating cost elements\)\.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and conditions, payment terms\.
• Coordinate additions, deletions, or modifications\.
• Obtain original promise dates from suppliers, review open order reports and manage deliveries, expediting parts as necessary\.
• Candidate will also act as customer service for internal customers and lead supplier meetings and miscellaneous procurement projects\. Ability to travel 15\-20% of the time\.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's from an accredited college or university
with 1\+ year of professional Supply Chain experience
• Proficient use of MS Office Suite and advanced Excel
• Previous experience within a team environment
Desired Skills:
• Familiar with Federal Acquisition Regulation \(FAR\) and Department of Defense FAR Supplement \(DFARS\)
• Exceptional problem solving and solution focused abilities
• Experience with multi\-tasking and managing competing priorities, highly organized
• Purchasing experience
• Interpersonal and teamwork skills

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Part\-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process\.
**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
