Develop and execute strategic client coverage plans that deepen relationships, identify cross-selling opportunities, and promote CBRE’s integrated service offerings.
Act as an enterprise executive, representing CBRE in senior-level client meetings, industry events, and internal leadership forums.
Collaborate closely with internal business lines—including capital markets, leasing, property management, valuation, consulting, and operations teams—to deliver coordinated, client-specific solutions across geographies.
Monitor market trends, client priorities, and competitive dynamics to provide proactive insights and strategic recommendations.
Foster trusted, long-term client relationships through exceptional communication, anticipation of client needs, and delivery of measurable value.
Contribute to the broader platform by sharing best practices and supporting enterprise-wide initiatives.
Provide formal supervision to team members, including performance management, coaching, development, recruiting, and hiring.
Coordinate and manage daily team operations, including workload planning, task assignment, deadline management, and cross-training.
Partner with Regional Group Presidents and senior leadership to execute enterprise strategic initiatives.
Drive market share growth across core services while maintaining and extending CBRE’s competitive advantage.
Ensure business operations are efficient, scalable, and cost-effective.
Lead by example, modeling behaviors aligned with CBRE’s RISE values and influencing stakeholders across the organization.
Identify and resolve complex, multi-dimensional operational and organizational challenges through thoughtful analysis and collaboration.
What you'll Need
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA preferred).
8+ years of experience in senior relationship management or client coverage roles within investment banking, corporate banking, management consulting, or similar institutional environments.
Strong understanding of investment management principles and institutional investor dynamics within commercial real estate.
Proven ability to lead executive-level client relationships and drive strategic cross-selling in a non-commissioned environment.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage credibly with C-suite stakeholders.
Demonstrated success influencing across complex, matrixed organizations.
Based in, or willing to relocate to, New York City.
Experience operating within a large institutional coverage or client relationship model.
