About the Role:
As a CBRE Loan Servicing Sr. Analyst, you will manage the servicing of small to medium-sized portfolios of commercial mortgage loans.
This job is part of the Loan Servicing function. They are responsible for the administrative aspects of a loan from the disbursement of funds to the final payment.
What You’ll Do:

+ Conduct analysis of escrow accounts in compliance with Lender requirements.
+ Ensure timely payment of tax payments to various third-party vendors and taxing authorities for escrowed loans.
+ Provide research and support to loan servicing team regarding tax related queries.
+ Review Loan Closing Documents and setup to ensure escrow compliance with lender requirements.
+ Work with various taxing authorities across the US to review and correct any tax related issues.
+ Utilize CBRE systems to review escrow data and run reports.
+ Assist in gathering documentation for audits and certifications
+ Uphold CBRE RISE values and demonstrate excellence in work quality.
+ Adhere to standardized procedures to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
+ Facilitate effective information exchange and mutual understanding within the team
+ Pay close attention to details and timelines

What You’ll Need:
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
+ Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
+ Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial related calculations.
