Our client, a leading provider of hardware support services, is seeking a Break Fix Technician to join their team. As a Break Fix Technician, you will be part of the Service Support Department supporting a dedicated team of technical professionals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** Break Fix Technician

**Location:** Johnson City, TN

What's the Job?

+ Provide hardware repair and support for HP print devices, including DesignJet, A3, and LaserJet models.

+ Assist with hardware configuration, installation, and troubleshooting onsite at customer locations.

+ Work closely with escalation teams to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.

+ Educate customers about technology solutions and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

+ Manage multiple service events daily, maintaining a focus on quality and timeliness.

What's Needed?

+ Proven experience troubleshooting hardware problems on HP print devices (DesignJet, A3, LaserJet) is required.

+ Strong skills in Personal Systems such as laptops, desktops, POS systems, and workstations.

+ Experience working directly with customers in onsite environments.

+ Mechanical aptitude with the ability to work with tools and alignment apparatus.

+ Reliable personal auto with mileage reimbursement capability; residence within 15 minutes of Johnson City, TN.
