    Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking an Operator to join their team. As an Operator, you will be part of the production support team, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining safety standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong work ethic, resilience, and teamwork skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Operator

    **Location:** Houston, TX

    Pay Range:

    **Shift:** Day Shift - 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with some weekends required

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Move raw materials from warehousing to blending operations safely and efficiently

    + Operate forklifts and other equipment to support production processes

    + Ensure accurate dosing of raw materials into blending operations, recording lot numbers and production data

    + Package and palletize finished products, maintaining quality standards

    + Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, supporting overall safety and efficiency

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High school diploma or GED equivalent with strong math skills

    + Ability to follow detailed instructions and work orders accurately

    + Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

    + Previous experience in a manufacturing or physical labor environment preferred

    + Mechanical aptitude and safety-conscious mindset
