Our client, a leading organization in the industrial sector, is seeking a Packer 2nd Shift to join their team. As a Packer 2nd Shift, you will be part of the packaging department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Packer 2nd Shift
**Location:** York, PA
Pay Range: 16.50
**Shift:** 2nd Shift (3pm-11pm, Monday-Friday)
What's the Job?
+ Pack crackers or cookies off the assembly line in a fast-paced environment
+ Work independently while being cross-trained on other packing lines
+ Follow safety protocols and dress code requirements
+ Lift and handle products weighing up to 35 lbs
+ Maintain consistent work speed based on production demands
What's Needed?
+ Minimum of 1 year of experience in packing or general labor roles
+ Ability to work on fast-paced assembly lines
+ Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
+ Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs
+ Willingness to adhere to dress code and PPE requirements
