    Our client, a manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a dedicated and hardworking General Labor associate to join their team. In this role, you will be an essential part of the production support team, contributing to a safe, efficient, and compliant work environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** General Labor

    **Location:** Brook Park, OH

     

    Pay Range: 22.48 per hour

     

    **Shift:** 3rd shift, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Manually lifting 50-70lb bags, boxes, or tubs and moving pallets as needed

    + Performing general cleaning and housekeeping of production areas to ensure safety and compliance

    + Staging materials throughout the day for production and upcoming shifts

    + Relieving other positions during breaks, lunches, or as needed to support team operations

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Manufacturing and industrial cleaning experience

    + Ability to lift heavy objects safely and consistently

    + Willingness to follow safety and GMP standards

    + Strong work ethic and reliability

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team
