    Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and quality assurance, is seeking a Quality Tech I - 3rd Shift to join their team. As a Quality Tech I - 3rd Shift, you will be part of the Quality Control Department supporting production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Quality Tech I - 3rd Shift

    **Location:** Greenville, NC

    **Pay Rate** : $25/hour

    **Shift:** Night Shift (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday, 11PM-7:30AM)

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Provide quality control services to ensure high-quality products are produced efficiently and safely.

    + Operate within safety standards, handle hazardous waste, and maintain laboratory equipment in optimal condition.

    + Monitor and analyze production data, identify trends, and recommend solutions to improve quality and efficiency.

    + Participate in quality investigations and collaborate with production staff to ensure compliance with procedures.

    + Prepare and review production records, including operating procedures and safety assessments.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High school diploma or equivalent; experience in manufacturing or quality control preferred.

    + Ability to communicate effectively and deliver training when necessary.

    + Knowledge of environmental regulations related to fiber and UD production activities.

    + Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

    + Ability to work safely with hazardous materials and follow safety protocols.
