    Manufacturing Technician 2 – 3rd Shift (4x10 Schedule)

     

    Shift: 3rd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 10:00 PM – 8:30 AM

     

    Training: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (2–3 months)

     

    Pay: $23/hr + 10% shift differential

     

    Type: Temp-to-Perm

     

    On-Site: 100%

    About the Role

     

    We’re seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician 2 to join our team on 3rd shift. In this role, you’ll set up, operate, and clean specialized manufacturing equipment, execute batch records in SAP, and maintain a clean, safe, and compliant production workspace. If you have aseptic technique experience and strong mechanical aptitude, this is a great opportunity to advance your career.

    Key Responsibilities

    Set up and operate equipment such as Filter Integrity Testing units, Watson Marlow pumps, Autoclaves, and the High Throughput Bag Line

     

    Prepare materials and perform production operations (hand fills, aseptic gowning, fill equipment prep)

     

    Complete accurate and compliant batch records and execute SAP transactions

     

    Perform in-process assays and support packaging of technically challenging products

     

    Transport materials to the warehouse using a motorized pallet jack

     

    Clean and sanitize equipment and production suites

     

    Document activities in logbooks and follow all safety and quality procedures

     

    Properly label in-process equipment and containers

     

    Assist with disposal of waste and corresponding compliance documentation

     

    Support Manufacturing Tech 1 activities and communicate equipment or process deviations to supervision

    Qualifications

    Minimum Requirements

    High School Diploma or GED

     

    Ability to work 3rd shift after training

     

    Must wear steel-toed shoes

     

    Timeliness and punctuality required

     

    Must meet physical exam requirements

     

    Must be able to wear respirator and other PPE

     

    Preferred

     

    Some college or an associate degree

     

    3+ years of manufacturing experience

     

    Aseptic technique background

    SAP experience

    Osmometer or pipetting experience

     

    Knowledge of chemistry, math, and general science

     

    Mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and strong computer abilities

     

    Effective written and verbal communication

    Requires lifting over 20 lbs

     

    Exposure to chemicals—PPE provided

     

    No forklift or blood exposure
