Our client, a leading Auto-parts manufacturing organization, is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer 5 to join their team. As a Manufacturing Process Engineer 5, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting manufacturing operations and process improvements.
**Job Title:** Manufacturing Process Engineer 5
**Location:** Romulus, MI
**Pay Range:** $48-$52 per hour
What's the Job?
+ Propose and evaluate manufacturing processes and equipment for assigned areas.
+ Meet plant goals and standards in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
+ Coordinate the effective use of personnel, materials, and equipment supporting SPQRC initiatives.
+ Evaluate expenditures for processes and/or equipment.
+ Provide technical assistance and training for plant operations.
What's Needed?
+ Bachelor's Degree in engineering or a related discipline.
+ 10+ years of experience in manufacturing process engineering.
+ Expert knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes.
+ Basic knowledge of tooling and automotive industry processes.
+ Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email communication tools.
