    Our client, an industry leader in renewable energy solutions, is seeking a Solar Laborer to join their team. As a Solar Laborer, you will be part of the Industrial department supporting the solar installation team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, safety consciousness, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Solar Laborer

    **Location:** Pasadena, TX

    Pay Range: $17-$19 DOE

    **Shift:** 7:00 AM - 5:30:00 PM

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Assist with rooftop solar panel installation, including pulling out old wires and replacing them with new wiring.

    + Install inverters, remove outdated units, and change out optimizers to ensure optimal system performance.

    + Handle lifting tasks, including tilting solar modules (up to 55 pounds) and balancing them on blocks.

    + Work safely at heights, ensuring all safety protocols and PPE are followed diligently.

    + Support team members in maintaining a clean and organized work environment on-site.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 32 pounds regularly.

    + Comfort working at heights and on rooftops.

    + Willingness to wear all required PPE, including steel toes, safety glasses, reflected vests, and gloves.

    + Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

    + Previous experience in casual labor or construction is a plus but not required.
