Our client, a leading technology services provider, is seeking a Data Center Technician to join their team. As a Data Center Technician, you will be part of the Data Center Operations department supporting infrastructure and inventory management teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:** **Data Center Technician - Inventory and Logistics

Type: Contract

What’s the Job?

+ Monitor systems for equipment failures or performance errors.

+ Respond to program error messages by identifying and correcting issues or terminating programs.

+ Assist programmers and systems analysts in testing and debugging new programs.

+ Perform inventory management, cycle audits, and compliance activities.

+ Execute shipping/receiving processes and manage destruction of data-bearing devices per documented procedures.

What’s Needed?

+ High School Diploma AND 2+ years of experience in warehouse/supply chain within an IT environment or related field.

+ Basic proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).

+ Previous experience working in a data center environment.

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work independently.

+ Ability to manage time effectively and handle high-volume work activity.
