    Our client, a world leader in the creation of smart buildings is seeking a Systems Technician to join their team. As a Systems Technician, you will be part of the Controls Department supporting the Building team. The ideal candidate will have critical thinking, attention to detail, and clear communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Systems Technician

    **Location:** Bay Area, CA (Peninsula, North Bay, East Bay, South Bay)

     

    Pay Range: 25$ - 40$ per hour

     

    What’s the Job?

     

    + Commission and troubleshoot Building Management Systems (BMS)

    + Install and configure HVAC control equipment (controllers, sensors, actuators)

    + Perform system diagnostics and calibration using test equipment

    + Read and interpret HVAC mechanical, electrical, and control schematics

    + Document changes and maintain accurate service records

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    + Knowledge of low voltage systems (24VAC, 24VDC, 0-10VDC, 4-20mA signals)

    + Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background check

    + Ability to travel within the Bay Area

    + Strong problem-solving and time management skills
