    Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting the Production and Packaging Teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Production Associate

    **Location:** Haverhill, MA and Wilmington MA

    **Pay Range:** $16.50/hour (1st Shift), $17.50/hour (2nd Shift)

    **Shift:** Morning and Evening Shifts Available

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Operate production and packaging equipment in a cold environment (approximately 30°F)

    + Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the production process

    + Assist in the setup and cleanup of production lines

    + Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

    + Support team members in meeting production goals and deadlines

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + No prior experience required; training provided

    + Ability to work in a cold environment and stand for extended periods

    + Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

    + Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

    + Flexibility to work different shifts as needed
