    Our client, a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer, is seeking a Process Operator I to join their team. As a Process Operator I, you will be part of the Manufacturing Operations Department supporting the Micronization and Milling Team. The ideal candidate will have strong dependability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Process Operator I

    **Location:** Malvern, PA (On-site)

    **Pay Range:** $25 - $28/hour

     

    What’s the Job?

     

    + Perform entry-level micronization and milling of pharmaceutical active ingredients and excipients

    + Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment in a cGMP environment

    + Complete batch records and documentation following Good Documentation Practices (GDPs)

    + Clean processing areas and equipment according to site procedures

    + Identify and report deviations, non-routine events, and GMP issues to supervisors

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    + High School Diploma or GED

    + Ability to lift 40+ lbs and perform physical labor

    + Basic math skills and ability to complete production documentation

    + Dependable attendance, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn

    + Prior manufacturing or GMP experience preferred
