Our client, a leading technology company, is seeking a Talent Operations Coordinator to join their team. As a Talent Operations Coordinator, you will be part of the Talent Operations department supporting the Recruiting and Business Management teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a high level of attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?
+ Act as the primary point of contact for requisition creation and approval processes.
+ Create and maintain accurate hiring requisition data in the applicant tracking system.
+ Collaborate with business managers, recruiters, and administrative assistants to ensure smooth operations.
+ Manage high-volume requests efficiently while maintaining compliance and confidentiality.
+ Support the team with ad hoc operational tasks as needed.
What’s Needed?
+ 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in recruiting or talent operations.
+ Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word); Azure DevOps experience is a plus.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills with discretion and professionalism.
+ Ability to manage high-volume tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
+ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
