    Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in precision metal parts, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality CMM Technician to join their team. As a Quality CMM Technician, you will be an integral part of the quality assurance department supporting inspection and calibration processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Quality CMM Technician

    **Location:** COLUMBUS, IN

    **Pay Range:** $20-24

    **Shift:** 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm, Monday through Friday

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Operate and troubleshoot Coordinate Measurement Machines (CMM) to inspect complex powder metal parts according to technical specifications.

    + Select, load, and initiate appropriate programs for inspection tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

    + Perform and certify inspections, maintaining detailed records to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

    + Maintain and calibrate measurement equipment, including daily maintenance and troubleshooting issues as they arise.

    + Support internal audits, regulatory requirements, and customer inspections by providing documentation and support.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Experience working in a quality lab environment utilizing various measurement devices.

    + Proficiency in working with Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), including programming and operation.

    + Knowledge of quality assurance principles and measurement tools.

    + Ability to create detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate records.

    + Commitment to adhering to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
